Church Loan Program

As a part of the Foundation's services, the Methodists Helping Methodists Loan Fund extends first and second mortgage loans to United Methodist churches and institutions in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Montana, for new construction, renovation projects or refinancing of existing loans.
