Online Statements for Churches/Agencies Investments
in the Equity Growth, Fixed Income or Short Term Cash Funds
The Rocky Mountain United Methodist Foundation is pleased to announce that churches, agencies and institutions may now receive account statements online if you choose. The customer and asset statements are valued only at end-of-month and will remain accessible for the last 12 months. In order to be a good steward of our resources, we encourage all account holder to access their statements electronically if possible.
Below is a request form allowing you and others in your United Methodist Church, agency or institution access to online account summaries. A request form must be submitted to access your statements online. You may fax your request form to 303-777-6292, email it to accountmanager@qwestoffice.net or mail the form to the Foundation office at 3333 S. Bannock St., Suite 205, Englewood, CO 80110.
